Note: If you see a browser error message indicating "there is no viewer available" or regarding the MIME type "application/pdf," please do the following: Right-click (Windows) or Ctrl-click (Mac OS) the link to the PDF file, choose Save Link As from the pop-up menu, and save the PDF file to your hard disk. You can then open the downloaded file using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

| *Please Note* When printing out the pdf files click on File -> Print and then look to the right hand side you should see a view of the picture that is about to print. Just above that picture are some printing options. Where it says Copies and Adjustments. Click on the two that say Expand Small Pages To Paper Size and Auto Rotate And Center Pages. This will make it print out almost the size of your paper other wise it will print out a lot smaller. |
| Some of these files are in a pdf format which means you will need the Free adobe acrobat reader to open the files. If you do not have the adobe acrobat reader you can down load the reader for free. The rest of the files are done with MS Word. If you do not have MS Word you can still use the forms. You can down load the free MS Word view from microsoft. There MS Word viewer will let you view and print the forms and then you can copy and paste them from their into your own word documents. Or you can use word pad which comes with windows. The forms that have a lot of formating, pictures, etc will not work as well in word pad you would be better to down load the free viewer. Click on the icon to down load the free viewer. |
